Heyy Babyy grosses Rs 278 million in India

MUMBAI: Eros International’s Heyy Baby, which was released on 24 August worldwide, has accumulated its first week collections of Rs 278 million (Rs 27.8 crores) in India.

In its opening weekend, the film collected Rs 410 million (Rs 41 crores) worldwide.

Starring the comic trio Akshay Kumar, Fardeen Khan and Ritiesh Deshmukh in lead roles along with Vidya Balan, Heyy Babyy is based on the lives of three men sworn to bachelorhood who suddenly find their dating and mating ritual irreparably destroyed when a dimpled little roommate lands up on their doorstep – complete with her crib, pacifier and dirty nappy.
